3. Processing and Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The store is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Since products are specially ordered after customer payment, cancellations are generally not possible once the order has been placed with the supplier.
  • In exceptional cases, cancellation requests may be considered if the order has not yet been processed. Acceptance of such requests remains at the sole discretion of the store.

5. Returns and Refunds
